Semi-firm cheese with a washed rind, made from whole cow's milk from herds of cows in the Baie-Saint-Paul Valley.
Ivory-white, supple and homogeneous cheese. Light smell, with notes of cream and yogurt. It suggests a taste of butter and hazelnut.
