We serve the local delivery area and we deliver to postal codes located in the zoned business and commercial zones. We do not deliver to post boxes.

Have a storefront business on the island of Montreal or Laval
Our deliveries are operated on business days during working hours: Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. Parking restrictions and operating hours may affect the activity of our carrier.
We can only deliver to one central place per order. We can not carry orders, go up or down the stairs or use your elevator. We can not stock shelves or rotate goods.
CHEP pallets are billed $28 per piece unless they are brought back to Mayrand.
If you do not receive the order upon arrival of our carrier, an overcharge applies. The over-charge amount is equal to the regular flat-rate transportation fee ($125 + taxes). Undelivered fresh and perishable products remain invoiced.

Place your order online before 11am for it to be delivered as of the next day, subject to a delivery schedule available.
Once you have submitted your order for delivery, it can no longer be changed.
Orders can be scheduled for a future delivery date up to 5 business days from placing the order. The applicable price is the price in effect at the time of the order's shipment.
You will be informed of the delivery by email and SMS (if a cell number was provided).

Your or your receiver has the order number and an official photo ID. A copy of this document will be made and kept in the Mayrand registers. The person who shows up must match the identity of the receiver declared upon placement of the order online.
No order can be given to a previously undeclared recipient or whose identity has not been verified.
If you do not pick up the order at our warehouse, an overcharge applies. The amount of the over-charge is equal to the regular flat-rate assembly fee ($ 20 + taxes). Undelivered fresh and perishable products remain invoiced.

Pick-up times are Monday to Friday between 7 am and 5 pm.
Place your order online before noon to pick it up the next day, subject to a pick-up schedule available.
