Pasteurised cow's milk cheese. Soft cheese with a washed rind. Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOP).

Creamy texture and ivory-coloured paste with small holes. Floral and buttery notes, with a pronounced flavour and a smooth finish.

Produced in the Vosges by the Blâmont Cooperative in France.

Pairing

• Enjoy on a platter with pears.
• White wine from Alsace.
