Les Rescapés is the fruit of a project lead by La Transformerie, a nonprofit organization that raises awareness about food waste and reduces it by proposing ways for grocery stores and fruit stores to salvage their unbought produce.

• Made by hand in Rosement-La-Petite-Patrie in Montreal from fruits recuperated from grocery stores, with the goal of reducing food waste.
• Ingredients : Citrus (orange, grapefruit,…), sugar and lime juice.
• Format : 250 ml

How to appreciate it?

• Try it with ricotta, terrine, duck or in a vinaigrette.
• With baklava, a piece of cheesecake or a dark chocolate dessert.
