Mayrand Food Service Group is currently looking for a committed Replenisher who wants to contribute to the company's success. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for managing supplies in assigned categories, monitoring inventories, and working with suppliers.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Ensure optimal inventory levels for the product categories under your responsibility, taking into account receiving and warehousing capacities;
  • Maintain supply parameters in line with inventory management strategy;
  • Establish and maintain product sales forecasts to ensure adequate supply;
  • Analyze and monitor performance indicators (inventory level, turnover rate, inventory budget, product status);
  • Follow-up with suppliers on all incoming product issues;
  • Manage supplier returns;
  • Update product information in the system;
  • Work in conjunction with the Negotiator and Merchandising Manager: excess inventory/long rotation/circular ads/supplier agreements...

Qualifications and skills:

  • Training in procurement (an asset);
  • Minimum 3 years experience in procurement, ideally in the food industry;
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel;
  • Bilingualism;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Team spirit;
