You cannot add a product to your shopping cart when it is marked ''available soon''. This label means that the product is not in stock at the moment. We are sorry for this inconvenience. Please feel free to use our chatbot to help you find similar products on our site.
You cannot add a “made to order” product to your shopping cart, but we can do it for you. We will contact you upon receipt of your order to confirm when the product will arrive at Mayrand. We will let you know when your partial or full order is available, depending on your preference.
The price online is identical to the price in-store at the time of your order, on the date you have chosen. However, it is possible to see different prices in-store in the case of one-time liquidations.
Some prices may have changed between the date you placed your order and its preparation time (5 working days). The prices invoiced are those of the date of preparation of the order. Also, products sold per kilogram are billed at their weighted amount at the time of order's preparation. We apply a pre-authorization of 25% on the order, however the final amount is the invoice's total amount. If it exceeds the pre-authorization, we will contact you.
Yes, they are indicated by the “With Deposit” label. The deposit price is applied at the time of invoicing. Refund of the deposit is made in-store when you bring back the returnable containers.
The Mayrand gift card can only be used in-store. Its value is between $10 and $100. It can be used as you go.
