Mr. Fritz Kaiser is a cheese master of Canadian raclette making. The Griffon raclette is a semi-soft cheese, surface-ripened with the renowned Quebecan beer, Griffon. Along with the fruity and marked hazelnut aroma, the beer enhances a malty touch to the taste.
Its name originates from the French word ‘racler’ meaning ‘to scrape’, a reference to scraping the melted cheese from the wheel onto potatoes.
