Can I pick up an order or have it delivered as an individual?

Yes, our delivery and pick-up service is open to all our Mayrand customers, whether professionals or individuals.

Is there a minimum order amount to qualify for pick-up or delivery?

We have no minimum requirements for delivery or for in-store pick-up.

How much does it cost to pick up my order in-store?

The cost of assembly and preparation of an order is $10 + tax. We offer free pick-up for orders of $99 or more.

How much does it cost to deliver my order?

The delivery rate for an order within our local delivery area is $75 + tax. We offer free delivery for orders of $450 or more.

Do you deliver to my address?

We serve the local delivery area. If you wish to have a delivery and your postal code is not included in the service area, please contact us. We will get back to you as soon as we can serve you.

Can I change my order?

Yes, if you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our sales managers as soon as possible at 514 255-9330, from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm, so that we can correct the problem before delivery.
