Les Rescapés is the fruit of a project lead by La Transformerie, a nonprofit organization that raises awareness about food waste and reduces it by proposing ways for grocery stores and fruit stores to salvage their unbought produce.

• • Made by hand in Rosement-La-Petite-Patrie in Montreal from fruits and vegetables recuperated from grocery stores, with the goal of reducing food waste.

• Ingredients: Apples, onions, lemon juice, sugar, sunflower oil, garlic, salt spices, clementine zest.
