Information
A soft, surface-ripened cheese with a light orange-washed rind. Ripens slowly, developing a flavor reminiscent of alpine dairies, with notes of ripe fruit and cooked milk.
When young, the nose gives off a smell of brioche bread. As it matures, the texture becomes smooth and creamy, with a long-lasting taste in the mouth and notes of flower honey.
