Processes cleaning and sanitation in the meat, fishmonger, cheese and deli production sectors. Areas covered include but are not limited to workstations in the respective cold rooms, all processing equipment, walls and floors including sales area portions and refrigerated counters.
The work schedule is established according to the maintenance schedule for daily work and other periodic activities. When a task is completed, the agent must indicate it on his / her journey form. This sheet is then inserted into the corresponding sector binder and remains on file for routine inspections by the supervisor or other sanitation authority. Shifts of up to eight (8) hours will commence when the store is closed. The attendant is under the supervision of the sanitation supervisor.
