Fresh meat and poultry

Mayrand has it's own processing and cutting operation for fresh meat and poultry located a few paces away from the the warehouse store. Our team of butchers prepares our cuts of meat, sausages and marinated products everyday and freshness is always guaranteed. Our chicken is not churned or pumped with liquid solutions to increase mass as our competitors sometimes do. All of our meats, with the exception of our Alberta beef, are bought directly from Québec producers thereby eliminating middlemen so that we can pass on the savings to our customers. Our beef is carefully aged for periods up to 35 days thereby maximizing its tenderness. We also offer halal meats, whole lamb, piglets for barbecues as well as whole porc butts commonly used for making prosciutto.
